We ship all orders within three (3) business days of the order being placed. Most orders ship within one (1) business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Order processing may be delayed where payment verification is required or where additional information is needed to complete an order.

Orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Padded Envelopes. A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Delivery timeframes after shipment are determined by USPS and are outside our control.

Shipping rates, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO).

We also do not ship to any jurisdiction where the sale, importation, or possession of our products is restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits receipt of the products you order.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Orders returned to us as undeliverable are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Once an order has been handed to USPS, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit. Claims for products damaged on arrival are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow time for tracking information to update in the USPS system. If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time after the processing window, contact us at support@calchemsupply.com.
