Due to the nature of our products as research materials, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except as expressly provided in Section 2 below.

We cannot accept returns of research materials because their integrity, storage conditions, and chain of custody cannot be verified once they have left our facility.

The only circumstance under which a refund may be issued is where a product arrives damaged, and you provide sufficient proof of that damage.

To be eligible for a damaged-on-arrival refund, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@calchemsupply.com;
• Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label; and
• Retain the product and all packaging until your claim is resolved, as we may request additional information or documentation.

If your claim is verified and approved, we will, at our discretion, either replace the damaged product or refund the amount paid for it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without adequate photographic proof, may be denied.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind or ordering in error;
• Delays or losses caused by the carrier once the product has been delivered to the carrier;
• Orders delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you;
• Products refused at delivery or returned to sender;
• Any use of a product inconsistent with its research-use-only designation.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@calchemsupply.com; we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be honored.

We take refund and chargeback fraud seriously. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent refund or damage claims — including fabricated evidence, misrepresenting the condition of a product, or filing chargebacks in bad faith — constitutes fraud.

Fraudulent claims will be denied, may result in a permanent ban from future purchases, and will be reported to the relevant financial institutions and law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies against individuals or entities who submit fraudulent claims.
