For long-term stability, store lyophilized peptides at –20°C in a laboratory freezer. Short-term storage at 2–8°C (refrigerated) is acceptable for products that will be used in research within several weeks.

Protect all vials from direct light, heat, and humidity at all times. Lyophilized peptides are hygroscopic and can degrade when exposed to moisture.

Once reconstituted, solutions should be stored at 2–8°C and used within the timeframe appropriate to the specific compound and diluent. Any solution that appears cloudy, discolored, or contains visible particulates should be discarded and not used in research.

Every shipment is packed in protective packaging that shields vials from light and physical damage in transit. Lyophilized peptides are highly stable at ambient temperatures for extended periods, so cold packs are not required to maintain product integrity during shipping.

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, though weather, holidays, and peak volume can occasionally cause delays.
