1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing and using the website calchemsupply.com (the “Site”), operated by Cal Chem Supply LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Site or purchasing any products.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years of age to access this Site or purchase products. By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. We reserve the right to request proof of identity and age at our discretion.

3. PRODUCT USE & RESTRICTIONS
You expressly acknowledge that all products sold on this Site are for Laboratory Research Use Only.

You agree NOT to use these products for: food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or inappropriate applications.

You agree that you will not use these products for human consumption or veterinary administration.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect the customer intends to use the products in a manner that violates these terms.

4. PURCHASES & PAYMENT
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

All Sales Final: Due to the nature of research peptides and the risk of contamination once they leave our facility, we do not accept returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: We will issue a refund or a reshipment only if there is clear evidence that the product arrived damaged (e.g., broken glass) or if the wrong item was sent. You must contact support@ads.sbr.mybluehost.me within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to initiate a claim.

Shipping Liability: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibility for compliance with their local importation laws.

6. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California. Cal Chem Supply LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ventura County, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
