ORDERING & SHIPPING

1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location (usually 3-5 business days for domestic orders). You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.

3. My package is lost or delayed. What do I do?
Please check your tracking number first. If the package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If the package is lost in transit (and not marked delivered), please contact support@ads.sbr.mybluehost.me, and we will assist you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

4. Can I return my order?
No. Due to the nature of our products and the strict need to maintain purity standards, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility. We cannot guarantee that a returned product has not been tampered with or degraded by heat/light during transit. All sales are final.

5. What if my product arrived damaged?
If you receive a damaged item (e.g., a smashed vial) or if we sent the wrong product, we will make it right. Please email support@ads.sbr.mybluehost.me within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage and the packaging. We will issue a reshipment or refund for the damaged unit.

6. How do I reconstitute or administer these peptides?

We cannot answer this question.
